Kam’s Pipa Duck
The dish got its name from the shape of the duck. It resembles the shape of a Chinese musical instrument called the Pei Pa. The process of making the pipa duck is so unique . It needs a specific technique that taking almost half a day to complete, includes marinating it with an expensive orange peels that have been aged for at least 25 years. This long painstaking process combine with Kam’s special spices makes our Pipa Duck special where you get both flavourful meat and the crispy skin.

Suckling Pig

Kam's Red Bean Soup is a mildly, sweet-flavored nutritious dessert delicately brewed with top-grade red beans and Aged Orange Peel 'Chen Pi'. Our 'Chen Pi' is decades old and is of the highest quality. The aging process makes the peel extra potent, aromatic, warm and pungent.
